Black Bean Dip picture is sloppy, but this stuff is yummy!  The spice is perfect, but I would have liked it more with some heat!  Next time I will try it with some chopped jalepenos, that should to the trick!  This is definitely a good snack/side dish!  This one came to my attention through one of my favorite blogs, Real Mom Kitchen.

2 cans (15 Oz.) Black Beans (slightly Drained)
1 can (8 Oz.) Tomato Sauce
¼ teaspoons Cumin
¼ teaspoons Paprika
¼ teaspoons Pepper
¼ teaspoons Salt
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Cheese Of Your Choice)
(next time will use some chopped jalepenos)

Over medium heat, warm beans until they begin to simmer.

Mash beans. Add tomato sauce, spices and stir. Add cheese and mix well.
